Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product did.

  2. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been carefully cleaned before the start of the return process.

  4. The product was found to be defective upon receipt.

  5. We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  6. A return will be processed within 7 working days and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognised within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you must proceed as follows to initiate the return procedure:

Make sure that the email contains the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the product in case of breakage

  • Customer first name + surname

  • Customer address

We will contact you and provide you with the return address.

Never send the return to the sender; we will provide you with the correct address after you have requested it. The shipping costs for returning the product are at the customer's expense.


Cancellation Conditions

The consumer has a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provision if it is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not mainly related to his commercial or professional activity:

A. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) received or accepted the last goods.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible until the goods are received.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Labruna Soul) by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel this contract.

The cancellation is complete when we have received the goods. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.


Registration of Shipments in Transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

In order to ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (including any additional costs resulting from you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

Refunds will be made without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.


ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
